1 General Provisions

Vsbdt (https://vsbdt.ws) is an online betting platform. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between vsbdt and its users. You must read this document in full before using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. vsbdt reserves the right to modify these terms, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register with vsbdt, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or bank account are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration — providing false details may result in account closure.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password or login details with anyone.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

Vsbdt reserves the right to reject any registration it deems suspicious. Additional documents may be requested for identity verification.

3 Betting Rules & Regulations

Please keep the following rules in mind when betting on vsbdt. Violating these Terms & Conditions may result in account suspension or closure.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is placed at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, vsbdt reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded; however, vsbdt's decision shall be final.
• Vsbdt is not liable for any issues arising from internet disruptions during live betting.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set by vsbdt and may be updated at any time.
• Match-fixing or placing bets through any form of illegal advantage is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties.

4 Payment & Financial Transactions Policy

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the KYC process is completed.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Payments made under a third party's name will not be accepted.
• To prevent money laundering, vsbdt may investigate any suspicious transactions.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the platform and are subject to change.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 1–3 business days.

5 Bonus & Rewards Terms

• All bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Vsbdt reserves the right to void bonuses if abuse is suspected.
• The referral bonus applies to new and valid accounts only.
• Vsbdt reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vsbdt:

• Creating an account with false information or concealing your identity.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Vsbdt may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Account closure at the user's own request.

If an account is closed with a remaining balance, and no Terms & Conditions violations have occurred, that balance will be refunded.

9 Limitation of Liability

Vsbdt will not be held liable for the following:

• If betting is disrupted due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• If your account login credentials are compromised or accessed by another person.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.
• If you incur financial losses as a result of your own betting decisions.

Vsbdt strives to maintain uninterrupted service at all times, though brief scheduled downtime may occasionally be necessary.

10 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please first contact our Help Center. We aim to resolve your issue within 48 hours.

All decisions made by vsbdt are final and binding. In the event of any betting dispute, system logs, server data, and vsbdt's own records shall serve as the sole accepted evidence.
